The report Critical Infrastructure for Development 2018-2027, ICD, is a detailed and systematic analysis of investment requirements in thirteen key sectors for sustainable development, grouped into three strategic axes: basal infrastructure (water resources, energy and telecommunications), logistics support infrastructure (interurban roads, roads, urban, airports, ports, railways and logistics), and infrastructure for social use (public spaces, hospitals, prisons and education). In addition, and taking into consideration the country context, an additional chapter is added that addresses the issue of resilience for the first time.

G&A had the opportunity to develop the Telecommunications chapter which takes into consideration the opinion of the main players in the industry, to give a comprehensive vision to the challenges of telecommunications infrastructure for the coming years in our country.
